Since the world is changed, this book also has a new 2008 version. It seems that most readers give this book a 4 or 5 stars feedback. There are still some readers that are not so satisfied with this book.

You can feel the success of his business, since there are at least 16 people working for him now (from his website, there are 16 staff names and photos). Also Jeffrey Gitomer could not pay all these 16 people, if each of your customers only spend $20 for your book, right? ^-^ (Low entry cost for your customers could encourage them to buy from you, right?)

4. From the wikipedia, I found that in 2003 Jeffrey Gitomer became the first passenger ever to be banned from US Airways. Is Jeffrey Gitomer (or US Airways) use this as the marketing method to attract public attention? ^-^ (First Best selling book from Jeffrey Gitomer was in 2003)
